Thank you, this is a wonderful, informative talk. Can you please advise on safe and effective ways to work on spine mobility, especially stiffness in the thoracic spine. For someone who has not knowingly fractured, are seated and standing trunk rotations ok? What about lateral flexion? For someone who finds it difficult to lie supine (not due to fractures) what are some good alternatives? Would appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you SO much for this. I REALLY wish I had this advice when my spine collapsed.
After the second collapse I got to see a back specialist and have a brace. Kaiser never offered me a brace. There is a belief that a brace makes the muscles weak – which I agree if you always wear one. I is needed in the acute setting.
